Today Kapu-Meniya.in : DU Exams postponed: Delhi University has joined the other universities in the country to postpone the practical and written examination to be conducted until further notice. According to a notification released by the university, the date sheets issued for the examinations stand withdrawn and the new dates for the postponed examination will be released soon on the official website of the university.
Today university has also postponed the exams for the School of Open Learning along with the regular Colleges and the Non-Collegiate Women’s Board. The university will remain shut until April 14, 2020, due to the nationwide lockdown imposed for 21 days.
Today Delhi University had begun online classes for the students in order to compensate for the lost classes of the students. The teachers were instructed to conduct regular classes online and provide assignments and regular classwork for the students.
Today university has earlier, itself shut its classes owing to the spread of the Coronavirus in the country. During this time several school boards had also postponed their class 10 and 12 board examinations until March 31, 2020.
Today However, the 21-day national lockdown was imposed from March 24, 2020, imploring the whole nation to shut down. Following the announcement of the lockdown, several national level entrance examinations were also postponed while the application dates for all the examinations were extended for the convenience of the students.
Today revised schedules of all the postponed examinations will be provided on the respective websites shortly after the lockdown period is over. Candidates who have applied for the different national level entrance examinations are advised to visit the official website to get the details regarding the revised schedule and other related information.
